Information you enter in forms on this site: name, phone, firm name and type of firm, and optionally team size, estimated budget, timing, email and a message.

Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site (for example, campaign parameters).

To get back to you after an enquiry, schedule a call and prepare for it.

To measure and improve our website and campaigns, only if you accepted measurement tools.

If you accept measurement tools in the site's banner, we load Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which use cookies. When you submit your details after accepting, we also send Meta your phone and email in hashed form, together with your IP address and browser type, to measure advertising results. Meta's privacy policy also applies to that information.

If you decline, we don't load the measurement tools and we don't send Meta any information about you, including when you submit your details. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months for handling and follow-up, and are also sent to us as an email notification. Data is stored with cloud providers (Microsoft Azure) and is never sold.

Under the Privacy Protection Law you may ask to review, correct or delete your information at Support@omai-software.com. Deletion applies to the information we store. Information already sent to Meta is subject to Meta's policies, and we cannot retrieve it.
